Hi! I'm Sandra, the founder of Linden Counselling Practice. I'm originally from Estonia, and have lived in the UK for over 10 years. I love reading, listening to music, and being in nature. Prior to becoming a counsellor, I worked in health and social care, specialising in complex care and SEND.
I'm a qualified integrative counsellor, working with individuals over the age of 16. I provide identity-affirming, neurodivergent-friendly counselling tailored entirely to you. We can meet in my office, online, or outdoors.
Reaching out for help can be daunting, I am here to offer a safe, non-judgmental space, walking alongside you as you take that first step. Please feel free to contact me to arrange a free 20 minute, no obligation chat to see if you’d like to work together.
.

I trained in integrative counselling, which means that I learnt different counselling modalities, offering a tailored approach to each individual client. My approach is relational and person-centered at its core, meaning that the therapeutic relationship has the potential to be the healing force in our work together, whilst taking your lead with where you want the sessions to go. I am also influenced by psychodynamic and existential thoughts, looking at how our past relationship dynamics might be influencing our current ones and what might we do once we have uncovered the past.
I'm a member of the BACP, and follow their Ethical Framework.
